Swaras — Herbal Juices & Wellness Shots

The freshest form the texts describe. Held steady, bottle after bottle.

Introduction

Of the five ways the classical texts describe for preparing a plant, swarasa — the expressed juice — sits at the top. Nothing is boiled away, nothing is reduced. The herb is pressed and given as close to living as a preparation can be.

Which is precisely what makes it the hardest liquid to manufacture honestly. Fresh juice is perishable by nature. The temptation, everywhere in this category, is to solve that with things that do not belong in the bottle — heavy dilution, aggressive heat, sweetening that hides a thin extract, additions that were never in the herb. Every one of those choices is invisible on the label and obvious in the glass.

Our discipline is the opposite: get the raw herb right, press it properly, stabilise it with the lightest hand that will hold, and put a certificate of analysis behind what we claim is in it. A juice that tastes like the plant is not a formulation failure. It is the point

How You Can Work With Us

Private label.

Choose from this catalogue, put your brand on it, and we manufacture it. The fastest route to a shelf.

Custom formulation.

Bring a brief instead of a product. Our R&D team develops the formulation, the stability data and the regulatory file, and the result belongs to your brand.

Contract manufacturing.

You already have a formulation. We manufacture it to your specification, at your volumes, under our licence.

Reformulation

An existing product that needs a cleaner label, a better sensory profile, a different market’s compliance, or a lower landed cost.

Formats in this catalogue.

Glass Bottles (Amber and Clear) · PET bottles, 500 ml and 1 L · Single-serve Shots · Liquid Sachets and Stick Packs · Concentrates · Bulk for Practitioner and Export Supply.

Packaging, Handled With The Formulation

Packaging is not a step that happens after the product is finished. A texture that works in a jar fails in a tube. A fill that is stable in glass is not always stable in PET. We develop the two together.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a swaras, an ark and a shot? +
A swaras is the expressed juice of the herb. An ark is a distillate, lighter and aromatic. A shot is a format, not a preparation — a concentrated single serve, usually built on one of the two. We make all three.
How do you handle shelf life without a heavy preservative load? +
Through raw material quality, process control, fill format and pack choice, in that order. Where a preservative system is genuinely required for the shelf life and market you have asked for, we will say so plainly rather than quietly.
Can you match a taste profile I already have in mind? +
Yes. Bring the reference — a competitor bottle, a flavour direction, or simply "less bitter than this." Sensory work is part of the development, not an afterthought.
Will this be a food product or an Ayurvedic medicine? +
Depends on the composition, the claims and the market. We hold both licences, so we can advise on the route that actually suits your brand.
What are your minimum order quantities? +
Modest by industry standards, and set per format and fill size. Share the SKU count and pack format and we will give you the real number.
